technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.\nRespond to, document, and resolve complex service tickets in a timely manner.\nAssist users with advanced installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.\nSystem Implementation and Maintenance:\nLead the deployment and integration of new hardware and software systems.\nConduct acceptance testing and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.\nPerform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.\nPerformance and Security Management:\nMonitor and optimize the performance of end user computing systems.\nImplement and enforce security measures and conduct regular audits.\nDevelop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures.\nIssue Resolution:\nDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis.\nDevelop and implement preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of issues.\nCollaborate with other IT teams to address and resolve cross-functional problems.\nTeam Leadership and Development:\nMentor and provide technical guidance to junior EUC engineers.\nFoster a collaborative and innovative team environment.\nAssist in the development of support documentation and training materials.\nCollaboration and Reporting:\nWork with cross-functional teams to understand and meet support requirements.\nMaintain detailed documentation of system configurations and support activities.\nPrepare and present reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.\nRequirements\nBachelor in Computer Engineering or equivalent \nPossessed minimum 5-6 years of relevant EUC experience \nExperience with handling end user equipments and large volume of users\nExperience in VIP support and vendor management\nGood interpersonal skills to manage end users, stakeholders and vendor\nAble to travel to different sites for support as and when required \nExperience in healthcare domain environment will be a plus\n1 year contract \nApply
