The role ensures the availability, performance, scalability, and security of network services to support business operations and strategic initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to deliver network solutions and provide operational support.\nRole & Responsibilities\nNetwork Operations & Support\nManage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, Internet connectivity, and network security devices.\nMonitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal service delivery.\nPerform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of network-related incidents and problems.\nSupport network changes, upgrades, maintenance activities, and service requests in accordance with established procedures.\nImplement and maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.\nNetwork Design & Implementation\nParticipate in infrastructure projects involving network technology refresh, expansion, migration, and transformation initiatives.\nEnsure network designs align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and operational requirements.\nSecurity & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.\nCollaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen network security posture.\nVendor & Stakeholder Management\nCoordinate with service providers and vendors to resolve network issues and manage service delivery.\nParticipate in technical discussions with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into network solutions.\nReview vendor proposals, technical specifications, and implementation plans.\nIncident, Problem & Change Management\nManage and resolve network incidents within agreed service levels.\nPerform problem management activities to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures.\nParticipate in change management processes and ensure proper implementation and documentation of changes.\nProvide after-office-hours support and standby duties when required.\nRequirements\nBachelor in Computer Engineering or equivalent\nCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certified is preferred\n Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in network engineering, administration, and support within an enterprise environment.\nExperience managing large-scale network infrastructure and mission-critical systems.\nExperience in project implementation, network migration, and technology refresh initiatives.\nTechnical CompetenciesKnowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, STP, and routing/switching technologies.\nHands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei or equivalent.\nExperience in managing campus wired and wireless network\nFamiliarity with network monitoring and management tools.\nUnderstanding of ITIL Service Management practices.\nKey Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nStrong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.\nCustomer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.\n• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.\n\nOpen to support 24/7 standby support\n1 year contract \nApply Now\nNOTE: It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech -
