The Lead EUC Engineer also mentors junior team members and collaborates with other IT teams to enhance service delivery.\nThis role primarily supports the specialty centres of Singapore Health Services.\nRole & Responsibilities\nAdvanced Technical Support:\nProvide expert-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.\nRespond to, document, and resolve complex service tickets in a timely manner.\nAssist users with advanced installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.\nSystem Implementation and Maintenance:\nLead the deployment and integration of new hardware and software systems.\nConduct acceptance testing and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.\nPerform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.\nPerformance and Security Management:\nMonitor and optimize the performance of end user computing systems.\nImplement and enforce security measures and conduct regular audits.\nDevelop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures.\nIssue Resolution:\nDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis.\nDevelop and implement preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of issues.\nCollaborate with other IT teams to address and resolve cross-functional problems.\nTeam Leadership and Development:\nMentor and provide technical guidance to junior EUC engineers.\nFoster a collaborative and innovative team environment.\nAssist in the development of support documentation and training materials.\nCollaboration and Reporting:\nWork with cross-functional teams to understand and meet support requirements.\nMaintain detailed documentation of system configurations and support activities.\nPrepare and present reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.\nStakeholder management and users engagement:\nWork with business partners to understand specific institutional environment.\nEngage users to gather feedback for service improvement\nManage stakeholders with regular communications.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent in IT\nAt least 8 years working in IT with 5 years in a leading position\nExperienced in supporting end users computing environment with > 1000 users.\nExperienced in large scale migration or upgrading projects of end users computing environment\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365, Apple iOS and Andriod\nExperienced in supporting senior management will be an advantage\nBasic budgeting and financial concepts in an organization\nStrong stakeholder and vendor management\n2 years contract\nApply Now\nNOTE: It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech -
