Management Planning\nPlan and perform the required procurement activities, including seeking approval of project scope and funding from the respective approving authority \nLead or support the project team in implementing the project with quality, in accordance to the agreed scope, budget and timeline\nDevelop and maintain the Project Management Plan which includes the project scope, project objectives, assumptions, critical success factors, project governance structure, contract/vendor management, high level project schedule, deliverables, budget, risks, communication plan, issue management etc. \nPerform timely update to stakeholders on project progress, issues, risks, resources and budgets. \nPerform timely update to project documentation, conduct project closure and transit into maintenance support\nTrack and monitor the project financial health, including budget utilization and cashflow\nBuild and Project Management\nLead the end-to-end NGEMR build configuration, ensuring system setups, workflows, order sets, and clinical content are accurately configured, version-controlled, and aligned with approved design and clinical requirements.\nOwn the build readiness for NGEMR builds, including planning, execution, and coordination of build cycles to ensure configurations meet governance and readiness criteria.\nEstablish and enforce build governance, configuration standards, and quality controls to ensure consistency, traceability, and auditability across environments.\nPartner closely with vendors, clinical stakeholders, testers, and release teams to resolve build defects, manage configuration changes, and certify builds for downstream testing and deployment.\nProvide technical leadership and oversight to analysts by guiding complex build decisions, reviewing certification outcomes, and driving continuous improvement in build.\nOther roles and responsibilities\nImplement a change control procedure on requirements and perform impact assessment to budget, resource & schedule when there is change of scope\nEnsure any change in scope is well documented and impact assessment is approved by the user workgroup/project steering commitee/project sponsor prior to implementation\nEnsure all the deliverables and testing meet the agreed requirements through the use of a Requirement Traceability Matrix \nEnsure all the deliverables comply with policy stated in the HealthTech Instruction Manual , for example, the Security and Data Management Policy\nIdentify , Monitor and Report any new risk, issues and progress of mitigation/action to the user workgroup/project steering committee/project sponsor\nManage stakeholders' expectation and build a trusted relationship \nRequirements\nMinimum Bachelor Degree from a recognised university\nAt least 5 years in IT application projects. \nDependability and Willingness - To take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.\nCritical thinking - See things in an open-minded way and examine an idea or concept from as many angles as possible.\nTaking Initiative - Willing to seek out additional assignments
