Partnered closely with senior leaders to drive project governance, strategic planning, budgeting, business case development and funding approvals.\nWe are offering a 2 years Direct Contractwith Synapxe.\nRole & Responsibilities\nManage complex programs that encompass multiple projects with varied objectives, deadlines, and deliverables.\nManage stakeholders from MOH and MOHH entities.\nLead and perform work planning and budgeting. E.g., review and write approval papers.\nUnderstand and evaluate new products, services, and technologies to determine feasibility of implementation.\nImplement new and review existing business and pricing models for analytics platforms or tools. \nCommunicate project status, risk and issues to leadership/stakeholders and present options/recommendation for solution in a clear and effective manner.\nLead and manage various stages of the systems development life cycle, adopting waterfall, agile or hybrid implementation methodology to meet agreed timelines and budget with stakeholders.\nUnderstand procurement, system, and security policy to ensure compliance during project implementation/maintenance period.\nEvaluate new solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.\nCoach team members to meet common objectives and overcome project hurdles.\nPlan, lead and manage project delivery (inhouse or outsource).
