The candidate will work closely with the key stakeholders as well as the multi-functional teams on the planning and execution to achieve the project goals.\nThis is a 2 year direct contract role.\nRole & Responsibilities\nManage and execute multiple deployment tracks in areas such as Go-Live Readiness Assessment (GLRA), Full Dress Rehearsal, Cutover and Command Centre, responsible for the monitoring and execution, ensuring successful completion\nDetermine project goals to ensure the project supports business objectives and strategies\nDevelop project plans which include requirements, scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and schedules\nDefine project tasks and resource requirements to achieve optimal resource utilisation\nEnforce use of best practices and frameworks for project implementation\nIdentify, manage and track issues, risks and dependencies that affect the delivery of the project outcome\nTrack project deliverables and ensure projects are completed within budget, schedules and quality standards\nPresent reports and project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis\nEngage internal teams to ensure systems integration is included in relevant workplans\nManage vendor to deliver projects and change requests on time to meet overall project goals\nDeliver projects in line with agreed standards, providing fit for purpose solutions within constraints\nRequirements\nDegree in IT or equivalent\nAt least 8 to 10 years within IT industry, with at least 6 years of relevant hands-on experience in implementing IT systems.\nSolid understanding of project delivery methodologies and best practices.\nPossess work experience with medium to large scale projects with good knowledge on system architecture and design, complex system integration and high-level functional end-to-end workflows.\nPossess leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders.\nStrong critical skills such as oral, written and verbal communication skills and analytical capability.\nPossess strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.\nAble to cope with changes and pressures positively and stay on course to achieve the set goals\nThink outside the box and push boundaries to strive for continuous process improvement \nMust be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment and be a good team player.\nHealthcare domain knowledge and/or relevant deployment experience for medium to large scale projects would be an advantage\nApply Now\nNOTE: It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech -
