System Analyst - CRM dynamics (Software Engineering)

Position Overview

The successful candidate should possess a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, web technologies, and database development, with a willingness to learn and apply Microsoft Dynamics CRM best practices. This role offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience in enterprise application development while supporting mission-critical business systems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Training is given and this is a 2 years direct contract with Synapxe.

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for system requirements analysis, design and configuration, development and writing unit test cases for MS CRM Dynamics platform.
• Perform triage on issues to identify root cause.
• Adhere to activities or tasks assigned
• Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC
• Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements
• Work effectively in a tight deadline, high pressure environment

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0 - 1 year working experience in programming using Microsoft and web technologies
• Knowledge of MS CRM Dynamics platform. including the familiarity with Dynamics best practices and design standards
  • Implementation of MS CRM Dynamics
  • Learn or developed .Net (C#) plug-ins
  • Learn or develop .Net assemblies for Custom Workflow.
  • Learn or develop client-side Jscript (JQuery) for entity form events.
  • Learn or develop using MS CRM SDK to implement customization
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, .Net Web Applications, Web Technology (IIS), .Net framework 4.5.2 and above, C#, SQL and Stored procedure in MS SQL Server 2016 and Above
• Have a knowledge of Subversion or any version controls repositories
