It offers hands-on experience in data analytics, cloud operations, and business problem-solving.\nThe selected intern(s) will assist in following:\n1) Data Analysis & Interpretation\nCollect, clean, and analyze cloud infrastructure data (logs, metrics, usage data)\nIdentify trends, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks\nSupport data-driven decision-making through insights and reporting\n2) Dashboard Development & Modernization\nBuild and optimize interactive dashboards for decision-making\nReview and enhance existing dashboards for usability and performance\nApply visualization and UX/UI best practices\n3) Data Engineering & ETL\nConsolidate and transform multi-source data\nAssist in building and optimizing data pipelines\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency\n4) Workflow Automation\nIdentify repetitive operational tasks suitable for automation\nDevelop automated reporting and data pipelines\nIntegrate analytics outputs with alerting or automation tools\n5) Stakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs\nTranslate business requirements into data solutions\n6) Documentation & Monitoring\nDocument data models, dashboards, and workflows\nMaintain standards for knowledge sharing\nMonitor dashboard performance and resolve issues\nAbout You:\nUndergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, or a related discipline\nFamiliarity with SQL, Python, R, or similar data analytics tools\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation tools\nBasic understanding of data analysis, ETL processes, and data transformation concepts\nUnderstanding of dashboard design, UX/UI, and data visualisation principles\nStrong Excel and data handling skills\nFamiliarity with cloud computing concepts is an advantage\nExposure to cloud monitoring and logging tools is an advantage\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail\nGood communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nProactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment\nWant a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
