This role is responsible for driving sales of Synax's cybersecurity solutions and services, including managed security, advisory offerings, and value-added distribution products. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, managing the sales pipeline, conducting customer meetings and product demonstrations, and preparing proposals and commercial offers. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with technical and pre-sales teams to design solutions that align with customer requirements and budgets, negotiates contracts, and ensures smooth handover to delivery teams. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.\nQualifications\nProven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or related technology domains.\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions (e.g., SOC, network and application protection, identity and access management, DLP, OT security, threat intelligence).\nAbility to manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.\nDemonstrated skills in relationship-building, customer engagement, and long-term account growth in enterprise or mid-market segments.\nComfort working with revenue targets, forecasting, and CRM tools to track opportunities and performance.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field;
