They will also create and maintain all documentation needed to assure a high level of support.\n\nHow you will help:\nMaintain a highly technical and professional relationship with corporate clients during all phases of the client life-cycle.\nSupport build-out, deployment, and ongoing client support activities.\nCreate and maintain documentation needed to assure a high level of support.\n\nCritical Skills:\nIn-depth knowledge of Linux system administration and support experience.\n5+ years as SRE.\nHands-on experience including, but not limited to, orchestration and containerization technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.\nAWS experience across the full breadth of AWS technologies.\nAbility to script in at least one of the following: Shell, Perl, or Python.\nLinux OS administration, preferably Rocky Linux.\nExperience working with and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.\nAbility to troubleshoot Java server applications, Nginx, and APIs in distributed environments.\nWorking understanding of NFS and storage technologies.\nEnjoys learning and adapting to advancing technologies and procedural changes.\nProven incident and problem-solving (troubleshooting) skills with an emphasis on timely resolution.\nAbility and desire to work in a team environment.\nExcellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience.\nExperience working with ticketing systems.\nExperience creating and maintaining technical documentation.\n\nWho we have in mind:\n\nDesired Skills:\nFamiliarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, etc.).\nFamiliarity with AWS and GCP.\nFamiliarity with load balancing.\nFamiliarity with databases (MariaDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, etc.).\nFamiliarity with a monitoring solution (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, etc.).\n\nEducation or Equivalent Experience:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education in related fields.\nCertificates
