# SRE II

The Synchronoss Site Reliability Engineer is primarily responsible for maintaining a highly technical and professional relationship with corporate clients during all phases of the client life-cycle, from build-out and deployment to ongoing client support. They will also create and maintain all documentation needed to assure a high level of support.
