Occasionally you will be required to commute or travel for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nLead process improvement initiatives by partnering with Source to Pay Business Owners to define the problem/opportunity, target outcomes, success measures, and the recommended path forward.\nCollaborate with Business Owners to document and simplify processes: Constructively challenge current-state workflows and design future-state processes leveraging technology capabilities, adopting process controls, while utilizing process-improvement best practices.\nDrive structured problem-solving and decisioning: Break down complex problems, surface tradeoffs/assumptions, evaluate options, drive decisions to conclusion- escalating as required, and document outcomes via decision logs.\nDefine and document scope, workstreams, deliverables, milestones, sequencing, dependencies, testing strategies, and resourcing assumptions to develop a project plan\nManage strategic risks, dependencies, and constraints by utilizing knowledge of the Business Owners objectives and in-flight projects to help inform strategy.\nPrepare or Lead the initiative into implementation readiness by executing process changes or delivering a complete handoff package to the Program Manager for ongoing delivery for a future program increment.\nPerform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.\nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or similar role; in lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma / GED and 8 years of experience in project management or similar role with a proven track record of effective problem solving skills, working independently and being an expert within your discipline. \nProven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation readiness, including defining direction, aligning stakeholders, and driving decisions.\nDemonstrated ability to solve complex problems and translate strategy into an executable delivery approach (scope, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, governance).\nExperience in process design and improvement with working knowledge of best practices (simplification, standardization, waste elimination, clear handoffs/ownership, controls-by-design).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to synthesize inputs into clear recommendations, plans, and leadership-ready materials.\nDemonstrated stakeholder management experience and ability to partner effectively across Business Owners, technology, and subject matter experts.\nDesired Characteristics:\nFamiliarity to Source to Pay, Procurement or Third Party Risk.\nFamiliarity with Source to Pay teams and Coupa preferred for internal applicants.\nOperates effectively in ambiguity; naturally drives action, clarity, structure, and closure.\nComfortable influencing without authority; able to navigate differing priorities and build alignment.\nCurious and appropriately challenging-asks incisive questions and tests assumptions constructively.\nIndependent and proactive; manages priorities and momentum across multiple workstreams.\nSimplification mindset; looks for ways to streamline processes and improve end-to-end outcomes.\nGrade/Level: 11\nThe salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.\nActual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.\nSalaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.\nOur Way of Working:\nWe’re proud to offer you flexibility. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post.
