Economics, or related fields, or Certified Public Accountant qualification\n Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably on international industrial/construction projects.\nSelf-oriented, disciplined, and well-organized.\nExcellent knowledge of SAP software.\nFluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).\nSolid analytical and mathematical skills.\nMeticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.\nLocated in Madrid\nHolding a valid work permit in Spain\nJob Description:\nManaging the accounts of related construction projects in accordance with Spanish PGC (Plan General Contable) to ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and standards\nWorking closely with external advisors (fellow accountants, tax experts and payroll specialists)\nOverseeing supplier contracts \nVerifying invoices and invoice statements\nPerforming accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders.\nAnalyzing all transactions and working unforeseen costs into the budget.\nKeeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.\nPreparing cost analyses by interpreting projects' financial data and information.\nDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers and doing regular reconciliations\nPerforming regular reconciliations
