We provide General Contracting, Design & Build, MEP and multidisciplinary construction services for major international investors and industrial clients.\nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Director to join our Madrid office, strengthen our presence in Spain and drive new business opportunities within the industrial construction market. The role requires regular travel within Spain and, when necessary, internationally.\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong market knowledge, an established network within the Spanish industrial not hesitate to apply with your CV in English!\nAs for the skills and experience we are looking for:\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Management or a similar client-facing role within construction, general contracting or industrial engineering.\nPrevious experience working in the Construction Industry.\nProven track record in developing and securing large-scale industrial construction projects.\nPrevious experience in selling construction, General Contracting, Design & Build or comparable project-based services, rather than product-based sales.\nStrong existing network within the Spanish industrial market, particularly among investors, project owners, engineering companies, consultants and other key stakeholders.\nExperience working with large multinational and industrial clients and managing complex, high-value opportunities.\nGood understanding of construction project lifecycles, tender processes, commercial negotiations and contract award processes.\nDegree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline is preferred.\nNative or full professional proficiency in Spanish and fluent English are required.\nWillingness to travel within Spain and internationally when required.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute the business development strategy for the Spanish market.\nIdentify and develop new opportunities in large-scale industrial investments, including automotive, battery manufacturing, manufacturing, food & beverage, logistics and other industrial facilities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with investors, project owners, developers, engineering companies, consultants and key decision-makers.\nIdentify upcoming investments at an early stage and position the company before formal tender processes begin.\nPromote the company's General Contracting, Design & Build and industrial construction capabilities.\nManage the business development cycle from opportunity identification and qualification through tender strategy, commercial negotiations and contract award.\nMaintain a strong and qualified project pipeline and provide reliable forecasts and market intelligence.\nWork closely with Tendering, Estimation, Engineering, Contracts and Project Management teams to develop competitive proposals and commercial
