Certified as Risk Manager is an advantage.\n5+ years of experience of risk assessment and abatement experience in the technical field. Project management and supervisory experience is required. Experience in construction market is required.\nGood command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), Email (mail merge, filters, folders, rules), Presentations/Slideshows (Powerpoint, Google Slides), Database Management (Oracle)\nManagement and leadership skills - good management and leadership skills in order to manage risk in all departments, help the process owners accept changes, as well as great leadership to make it all happen. \nAnalytical risk assessment skills - to be able to collect and analyse data and to be able to use that data to make strategic or tough decisions. Taking the data and seeing any potential gaps in order to conduct further research. \nProblem-solving mantra - to look at the business issue and get to the crucial solutions and to be able to push for the real answers and look strategically for solutions. \nStrategic thinking - to see the big picture, but then break it down and find solutions and opportunities. \nTechnical knowledge and skills - to identify and measure the risks, as well as implement strategies to mitigate those risks. \nRegulation rigour - to invest the time to stay up to date, and understand all regulation changes and updates. \nTo have the ability to produce risk reports, attend meetings and present proposals to senior members of the management team or the board.\nAbility to bring processes teams along - everyone to see how important it is that the changes that need to be implemented in the business or learnings for the whole processes are worth listening too! \nDiplomacy and tact is required. \nCourage and confidence - standing by his convictions despite adversity \nInfluence and impact - inspiring others to understand the value of risk management Integrity, \nEthics and values - upholding and living the values of an organisation and industry \nInnovation and catalyst - striving constantly to lead the development of creative solutions \nBuilding capability - facilitating others to achieve positive outcomes \nCollaboration and partnering - engaging with stakeholders to deliver results\nFluent in English (both written and spoken). Hungarian language speaking is an advantage,\nJob Description:\nEstablishing the context of the risk management process \nBuilding a culture of risk management within the organization, including appropriate training \nDesign and review of risk management processes \nCoordinating the implementation of risk management process \nProposing to General Manager the composition of Risk Assessment Teams \nEstablishing and updating the Risk Assessment Chart at the organizational level by centralizing the Risk Assessment Charts at processes and projects level \nInforming the process managers about the treatment actions approved by the General Manager; \nInforming the Risk Assessment Teams (RAT) about new identified risk or about changes in the internal or external context of the organization, when they occur; \nInforming the top management about the results of the risk assessment / treatment at organizational level; \nCollaborating with the Risk Assessment Team in all stages of risk assessment process; \nReviewing the implementation of risk treatment actions (responsibilities and deadlines) \nMonitoring and reviewing risk management process \nReporting to top management regarding the results of the risk management process\nSYNERGY HU processes your personal data for labor relations purposes (labor management, staffing and recruitment needs) in order to act at your request before concluding an individual employment agreement.
