3-5 Nice to Have Skills: Some IT Network experience (routers, firewalls, etc.), working with Franchises and with Restaurant companies (Subway, Little Ceasars, etc.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
- Proven experience as a Business Applications Analyst, preferably in a technical domain.
- Strong understanding of QSR/Convenience store hardware and technical architecture (hardware, network, firewall, POS, payments, etc)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear directives for development teams.
- Ability to effectively drive people, process, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders, including facilitating discussions between technical and business staff.
