You combine deep AWS expertise with strong product security principles, embedding security into every stage of the development lifecycle.\nWhat would you do?\nAct as a technical leader driving DevSecOps practices across engineering teams\n\nEmbed, maintain and optimise security into CI/CD pipelines and product development workflows for cloud-native and AI-driven projects\n\nDesign and evolve secure AWS architectures supporting high-availability SaaS products\n\nPartner with product and engineering teams to shift security left and improve developer experience\n\nPartner with AWS security and account teams to implement and track security checks and best practices (e.g. ESSR findings, AWS Security Hub, AWS Guard Duty etc.)\n\nLead threat modelling, risk assessments and security reviews for new and existing services\n\nDrive automation and AI across infrastructure, security controls and compliance processes\n\nBuild and promote a strong security-first engineering culture\n\nWho you are? / What we expect:\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, VPC, Security Groups, EKS/ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)\n\nExperience securing cloud-native and SaaS platforms (multi-tenant environments is a plus)\n\nDeep understanding of DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines\n\nExperience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation or other IaC frameworks\n\nKnowledge of application security (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, SBOMs)\n\nStrong understanding of identity, access management and least-privilege principles\n\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and influencing engineering practices\n\nExcellent communication skills in English\n\nThe icing on the cake:\nExperience with product and AI security in a B2B SaaS environment\n\nFamiliarity with security frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, NIST)\n\nExperience building secure CI/CD pipelines at scale\n\nExperience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes) and runtime protection\n\nStrong automation mindset with scripting (Python, Bash or similar)\n\nExperience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes) and runtime protection\n\nWe offer:\nA collaborative, low-ego environment where you can make a real impact\n\nLots of super interesting projects\n\nScandinavian culture with strong focus on work-life balance\n\nOpportunities for growth, learning and professional development\n\nInternational and English-speaking workplace\n\nFlexible working setup, work from one of our exquisite offices or from home\n\nTraining budget and conference participation\n\nUnsure if you meet all the job requirements but passionate about the role?
