This is a great opportunity to learn how HR and payroll processes operate in an international organization while supporting employee lifecycle administration, documentation management, and HR systems maintenance.\nYou will work closely with experienced HR and payroll professionals and gain practical experience with employee administration, Workday, and payroll support activities.\nWhat would you do?\nAs an HR & Payroll Intern, you will support the team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including:\nEmployee Documentation & Administration\nAssisting with preparing, collecting, organizing, maintaining and achieving employment-related documents\n\nSupporting employment lifecycle processes\n\nPreparing document packages using established templates\n\nHelping organize payroll and HR documentation\n\nHR Systems & Data Management\nAssisting with entering and updating information in HR & Payroll systems\n\nSupporting data maintenance and data quality initiatives\n\nUpdating employee records based on submitted documentation\n\nProviding support in selected administrative, organizational, and data management activities related to HR and payroll operations.\n\nPayroll & Compliance Support\nAssisting the Payroll & Employee Administration team with payroll-related administrative activities\n\nHelping collect information required by the payroll team\n\nassisting with tracking completion of mandatory training or medical examination recordsTracking completion deadlines and following up where needed\n\nSupporting employee benefit administration activities\n\nGeneral Team Support\nSupporting day-to-day operations activities within the HR & Payroll team\n\nAssisting with internal reporting and document preparation\n\nHelping ensure accurate and timely employee data management\n\nWho you are? / What we expect:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field\n\nComfortable working with data, Excel and MS Office tools\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nWillingness to learn HR and payroll processes\n\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism\n\nGood command of English\n\nThe icing on the cake:\nPrevious administrative experience, internship experience, or student work\n\nInterest in payroll, HR operations, employment administration, or HR systems\n\nKnowledge of Enova365, Workday or other HRIS systems\n\nWe offer:\nPossibility to gain your first professional experience in HR and payroll\n\nHands-on experience in an international HR and payroll environment\n\nAccess to modern HR tools and systems, including Workday & Enova365\n\nOpportunity to learn from experienced HR and payroll professionals\n\nFlexible working hours that can be adapted around your studies\n\nA collaborative and supportive team environment\n\nUnsure if you meet all the job requirements but passionate about the role?
