You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and business stakeholders to transform customer needs into scalable product capabilities that improve pricing decisions, contract profitability, and customer outcomes.\nWhat would you do?\nDesign and develop a customer onboarding and analytics configuration and deployment process to support Expert Services and Partner organizations\n\nOwn the product backlog and end-to-end delivery of AI/ML features from discovery through release.\n\nTranslate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.\n\nPrioritize & maintain the backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and product strategy.\n\nCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, UX, Customer Success, and customers to define and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.\n\nEngage key technical and domain experts across our customers\n\nDrive Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\n\nPartner with ML Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver on roadmap requirements for predictive models, model evaluation, explainability, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\n\nCommunicate roadmap, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and release plans to stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to understand technical trade-offs, platform & product capabilities, and architectural decisions, ensuring product decisions support scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability.\n\nLead defect triage, manage technical debt, and ensure high-quality product releases.\n\nSupport release planning, documentation, product demonstrations, and customer enablement.\n\nDiscover new ideas to incorporate AI into Product for new features, capabilities and improving stickiness of the product.\n\nEnsure AI/ML solutions deliver measurable business outcomes through improved pricing accuracy, profitability, and operational efficiency.\n\nWhat we expect\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.\n\n7-12 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in enterprise SaaS products.\n\nExperience delivering AI/ML or data-driven products in an Agile environment and working with Data Scientists.\n\nStrong experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in Contract Pricing, CPQ, Pricing Optimization, Revenue Management, Service Lifecycle Management, Warranty, or Aftermarket solutions.\n\nKnowledge of AI/ML concepts such as predictive analytics, model evaluation, explainability, and MLOps.\n\nHands on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI\n\nExperience working with cloud-based B2B SaaS platforms, APIs, analytics, and data products.\n\nWe offer:\nUnsure if you meet all the job requirements but passionate about the role?
