Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain modern websites and web-based applications.\nDevelop frontend, backend, or full-stack solutions based on project requirements.\nWork on ERP, HRM, CRM, inventory, accounting, payroll, and other business management software.\nDevelop secure, scalable, responsive, and user-friendly applications.\nDesign and integrate REST APIs, databases, and third-party services.\nIdentify bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance.\nCollaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers.\nPrepare technical documentation and maintain clean, reusable code.\nComplete assigned projects within agreed timelines.\nUse AI-powered development tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, testing, and software delivery.\n\nEducationBachelor's degree in CSE, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.\n\nAdditional RequirementsPreference will be given to candidates who can independently develop complete web applications using modern frameworks and AI-assisted development tools.\nEducational Qualifications & Experience\nSkilled self-taught developers are also encouraged to apply.\nPrevious experience in web application development is preferred.\nExperience developing ERP or business management software will be an added advantage.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and meet project deadlines.\nA portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating previous work is highly desirable.\nRequired Technical Skills\nFrontend Development\nHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS\nReact.js, Vue.js, or Angular\nResponsive UI/UX implementation\nBackend Development\nPHP, Laravel, Node.js, Python, or other modern backend frameworks\nREST API development and integration\nAuthentication, authorization, and application security\nDatabase Management\nMySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB\nDatabase design, optimization, and management\nDevelopment Tools\nGit and GitHub\nVS Code or similar IDEs\nDeployment, hosting, and server management fundamentals\nAI-Based Development Knowledge (Important)\nCandidates should have good practical knowledge of AI-assisted software development, including:\nExperience using AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools.\nAbility to use AI tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering for software development.\nExperience integrating AI APIs,
