and quality standards.\nEnd-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage full-lifecycle hiring across a wide spectrum of technical and non-technical requisitions, ensuring high-quality talent pipelines.\nSourcing & Talent Strategy: Utilize modern recruiting tools, job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter), and direct sourcing to recruit across specialized technical streams.\nMetrics & Analytics: Analyze key hiring metrics and KPIs (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, channel effectiveness, cost-per-hire) to drive continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency.\nLeadership Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly talent acquisition reports and insights to the Executive Leadership Team.\nStakeholder Management: Collaborate directly with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce planning needs, define job profiles, and manage delivery timelines.\n\nKey Qualifications & Skillsets\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\nEducation: Regular MBA, PGDM, or MSW in Human Resources, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical recruitment leadership experience).\nExperience: 3.5 to 5.5 years of overall experience in IT Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or Team Lead capacity.\nTechnical Skillset:\nFamiliarity with a wide range of IT/Non-IT/ IT-Infra roles (e.g., Network & Server Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, Wintel Administrator, 0365 Admin, Software Developer, System Admin, Data Analyst, SOC Analyst, SAP).\n\nInterpersonal & Additional Skills:\nCommunication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal influence.\nAnalytical Thinking: Strong capability to interpret recruitment data, track hiring KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.\nMultitasking & Prioritization: Proven ability to manage complex open requisitions, delegate effectively, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced
