Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates.\nRole Understanding & Sourcing: Understand job requirements across various domains—including Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Data Analytics, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Networking, Windows Administration, and Non-IT functions.\nTalent Sourcing: Leverage multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn), professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing to build a robust candidate pipeline.\nCandidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screens to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit before submitting them to hiring managers.\nStakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with technical panels and hiring managers while maintaining smooth communication throughout the hiring process.\nOffer & Candidate Engagement: Assist in salary negotiations, offer extensions, and pre-boarding engagement to minimize dropouts and ensure a high offer-to-join ratio.\nRecruiting Tools Utilization: Actively use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and modern recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate databases.\n\nKey Qualifications & Skillsets\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\nEducation: MBA, MSW, or PGDM in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical recruitment experience).\nExperience: 1 to 2.5 years of proven experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.\nTechnical Skillset:\nStrong familiarity with a wide range of IT, IT Infrastructure, and Non-IT profiles (e.g., Software Developers, System Administrators, Data Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, Network Engineers, Windows Engineers, etc.).\nHands-on experience with recruitment databases, ATS software, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, Boolean search strings).\nInterpersonal & Additional Skills:\nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.\nTime Management & Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple open requisitions, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nProblem-Solving & Adaptability: Agile mindset with a positive approach toward tight deadlines and changing business
