This is an individual contributor role focused on building and operating those systems.\nAbout Synder\nSynder is an accounting platform helping accounting professionals and business owners record, reconcile and recognize online sales and subscriptions.\nFor additional background:\nAlumni of Y Combinator, a leading startup accelerator;\nAlumni of the AICPA accelerator program for accounting innovations;\nPlatinum partner of Intuit QuickBooks;\nSpotlighted as “Popular with Businesses in the United States” on the Shopify App Store;\nToday, almost 5,000 businesses use Synder on a daily basis;\n$10B+ worth of transactions were processed by the platform in 2025.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild connected GTM systems:Design and maintain HubSpot workflows and integrations across Clay, Lemlist, and Aircall, keeping records, ownership, campaign activity, and handoffs aligned.\nAutomate research and enrichment: Build Clay workflows to research accounts, identify relevant contacts, verify contact information, and deliver useful context to HubSpot.\nBuild targeting and AI personalization workflows:Translate our ideal customer profiles and buyer personas into actionable segments. Build Clay workflows that use AI to create highly personalized messaging for sequence campaigns based on each audience, account, and contact, with research grounded in evidence.\nBuild signal infrastructure:Track relevant buying signals across accounts on our ideal customer profile (ICP) list. Connect those signals to prioritization and outreach workflows so the team knows when to reach out and has a relevant reason for the conversation.\nAutomate sales operations: Improve lead classification, routing, assignment, tasks, campaign enrollment, and qualification handoffs in partnership with process owners.\nMaintain reliability and data quality:Troubleshoot failures, prevent duplicates, maintain suppression controls, monitor enrichment costs, and document workflows so they remain dependable and maintainable.\nExperiment and measure results: Test new signals, enrichment approaches, and automation; evaluate their impact on rep efficiency, conversion, and qualified pipeline; expand what works\nWhat we expect\nProven experience building and maintaining GTM automation in a B2B sales environment.\nStrong hands-on HubSpot expertise, including workflows, properties, lists, object associations, routing, and integrations.\nStrong hands-on Clay expertise, including enrichment, research, verification, AI-powered messaging, signal tracking, conditional logic, and HubSpot writeback.\nExperience with outbound platforms such as Lemlist, including campaign setup, enrollment controls, activity sync, and deliverability.\nAbility to connect tools through native integrations, APIs, webhooks, or workflow automation platforms, and troubleshoot how data moves between them.\nCommercial understanding of account fit, buyer personas, buying signals, qualification, and sales handoffs.\nA practical approach to data accuracy, testing, documentation, and ownership after launch.\nNice to have\nExperience integrating Aircall with HubSpot.\nExperience supporting free-trial sales motions or working with SaaS, ecommerce, payments, or accounting products.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation package\n$120 monthly allowance for insurance, sports, or wellness activities\n30 business days of Compensated Break annually\nFully remote setup\nSupportive, collaborative team culture that values initiative and ownership\nOur hiring process\nHR Interview \nFinal Interview with the Hiring Team\nReference Check & Offer\nReady to Join?\nIf you’re excited to grow, make an impact, and work with a dynamic international team - we’d love to meet you!
