You'll be the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving adoption, shaping the platform through field insights, and becoming a go-to expert on building with voice AI and LLM-powered systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead full project delivery using a cutting-edge voice agent platform - from prototyping through to production - communicating progress and risks clearly throughout\nBuild full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript) with enterprise tools including CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling systems\nPartner with sales to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs to clients\nDevelop deep expertise in voice AI solutions, including LLM prompting strategies and best practices\nScope projects, resolve blockers, and keep cross-functional teams aligned with concise, effective updates\nCodify reusable patterns into tools or platform components\nTranslate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations\nRequirements\n2+ years in a customer-facing technical role - Solutions Engineering, Technical PM, Customer Success/Support Engineering, or founder experience\nExceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nProven track record delivering systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments\nProduction-grade coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent\nWorking knowledge of LLM-powered systems and their UX implications\nProactive risk management and the ability to maintain momentum under pressure\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: $180K -
