We are looking for a collaborative leader who can drive execution, mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and contribute to the broader engineering strategy while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nHOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY\nLead, mentor, and grow a team of 8-12 software engineers across multiple experience levels\nManage hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, and retention initiatives\nConduct regular 1:1 meetings, establish clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to support team growth\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement\nDrive end-to-end delivery of roadmap commitments with a focus on quality, reliability, and timely execution\nPartner with Product Management to prioritize roadmap initiatives while balancing feature delivery and technical investments\nManage sprint planning, estimations, dependency management, and risk mitigation across teams\nTrack and improve engineering metrics related to delivery, quality, operational health, and system reliability\nDefine and guide the technical direction for the team’s services and platforms\nPromote engineering best practices including code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, security, and operational excellence\nParticipate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and incident management activities\nDrive improvements in scalability, reliability, performance, and technical debt reduction\nCollaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and customer-facing teams to align on priorities and business outcomes\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership on progress, trade-offs, risks, and delivery expectations\nContribute to organization-wide engineering initiatives, hiring efforts, and process improvements\nWE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU\n8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years of direct people management experience\nProven experience building, shipping, and operating large-scale distributed systems in production environments\nStrong technical expertise with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js along with microservices and REST APIs\nHands-on experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills\nDemonstrated success in hiring, mentoring, and retaining engineering talent\nExperience driving engineering best practices across quality, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence\nExperience participating in architectural discussions and guiding technical decision-making\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience\nExperience in SaaS, e-commerce, master data management (MDM), product information management (PIM), or data syndication domains (preferred but not required)\nExperience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies (preferred but not required)\nFamiliarity with AI/ML-enabled product features (preferred but not required)\nDiversity, Equity & Inclusion\nTo achieve the best version of our organization, we know it takes new ideas, new approaches, new perspectives and new ways of thinking.
