Learn more at www.syndigo.com.\n**This is a remote role that requires working US night shift hours**\nAt Syndigo, our Nutrition & Wellness data solutions help restaurants, retailers, and digital platforms use high-quality nutrition and product data to create engaging consumer experiences across health, fitness, nutrition, and retail applications.\nWe are looking for a Nutrition Client Services Manager who will work directly with clients using our nutrition data solutions while serving as a nutrition subject matter expert. In this role, you will manage client projects, conduct recipe and menu nutrition analysis, ensure data quality and accuracy, and partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality nutrition solutions.\nHOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY\nManage client projects, timelines, and deadlines related to online nutrition tools for restaurant clients.\nConduct recipe nutrition analysis and ensure the quality and accuracy of restaurant menu and nutrition data.\nServe as a nutrition subject matter expert for clients and internal teams.\nPartner directly with clients to understand their goals, align deliverables, provide progress updates, and address questions or concerns.\nMaintain high standards of accuracy across nutrition, ingredient, allergen, and menu data.\nStay current on nutrition, ingredient, allergen, and menu-labeling regulatory requirements.\nMaintain and improve client training materials, documentation, processes, and templates.\nAnalyze nutrition data and large datasets to identify issues, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.\nWork cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain high data-quality standards and deliver effective client solutions.\nAccurately track project activities and maintain the information required for billing and operational reporting.\nSupport broader Nutrition & Wellness data-quality initiatives and continuous-improvement efforts.\nProactively identify solutions and help clients achieve their nutrition and menu-analysis goals.\nWE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU\n3+ years of professional experience working with nutrition data.\nRegistered Dietitian with current CDR credentials and applicable state licensure.\nStrong knowledge of recipe nutrition analysis, menu creation, nutrition labeling, ingredient data, and allergen information.\nKnowledge of nutrition and menu regulations applicable within the United States, with the ability to research and interpret new regulatory questions.\nExperience managing client-facing projects, timelines, deliverables, and multiple priorities.\nStrong client communication and relationship-management skills across written, phone, and virtual interactions.\nStrong attention to detail with demonstrated experience working with large datasets.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with nutrition/product data.\nAbility to identify data discrepancies and maintain a high level of accuracy.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nProactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.\nPassion for helping clients provide consumers with accurate, relevant, and timely nutrition information.\nExperience or interest in technology within the Nutrition & Wellness space is preferred.\nDiversity, Equity & Inclusion\nTo achieve the best version of our organization, we know it takes new ideas, new approaches, new perspectives and new ways of thinking.
