Learn more at www.syndigo.com.\n**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location**\nAt Syndigo, we’re looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to own the end-to-end technical delivery of workstreams across enterprise PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations. You’ll turn approved solution designs into complex configurations, integrations, and data outcomes for global brands and retailers.\nThis is a hands-on senior consulting role where you’ll independently drive technical execution, lead customer working sessions, solve complex implementation challenges, and mentor less experienced consultants.\nHOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY\nOwn end-to-end technical delivery of assigned workstreams across PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations.\nLead complex system configuration, attribute setup, workflows, and business rules based on approved designs.\nOwn data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.\nBuild and troubleshoot integrations across enterprise systems.\nWork hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, Postman, and integration technologies.\nLead customer working sessions covering requirements, design details, technical issues, and delivery progress.\nOwn testing strategy for your workstream and drive defects through root cause analysis to resolution.\nValidate data flows and system behavior across functional, regression, and UAT testing.\nCollaborate closely with Implementation Leads, Solution Architects, consultants, and partner teams.\nProactively identify technical risks and blockers and drive them toward resolution.\nReview the work of less experienced Implementation Consultants and provide technical guidance and mentoring.\nContribute reusable implementation patterns, templates, and delivery accelerators.\nApply approved AI tools across configuration, data mapping, test generation, and technical analysis while ensuring all outputs are reviewed and validated.\nCollaborate effectively with global teams across US, European, and Indian time zones.\nWE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU\n6+ years of experience in implementation consulting, technical consulting, or software delivery.\nProven experience independently owning a technical workstream or comparable scope within complex implementation programs.\nStrong hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS configuration, integrations, and data migration.\nExperience with PXM, PIM, MDM, eCommerce, syndication, or other data-centric enterprise platforms.\nStrong understanding of enterprise system integration and data migration patterns.\nHands-on experience working with REST APIs and JSON.\nIntermediate SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.\nExperience using Postman or equivalent API testing tools.\nUnderstanding of file-based, event-driven, and API-led integration approaches.\nExperience with data mapping, transformation, migration, validation, and reconciliation.\nExperience with testing, defect tracking, and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities for complex technical problems.\nConfident communication skills with experience leading customer-facing technical or functional sessions.\nExperience reviewing or mentoring less experienced consultants.\nAbility to work independently and make sound technical decisions within an approved solution design.\nStrong collaboration skills within distributed and multi-time-zone teams.\nFluent written and verbal English.\nBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.\nNICE TO HAVE\nPrevious hands-on experience with PIM, MDM, PXM, syndication, or eCommerce platforms.\nExperience integrating with ERP or commerce platforms.\nPractical experience using AI assistants within implementation or technical delivery projects.\nExperience working for a PIM/MDM vendor, SaaS organization, or systems integrator.\nAdditional language capabilities are an advantage.\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE\nYour workstreams are delivered to quality and design expectations with minimal rework.\nProject milestones are achieved predictably.\nComplex configuration, integration, and data issues are independently driven to resolution.\nTechnical blockers and unnecessary escalations decrease over time.\nJunior consultants benefit from your technical guidance and mentoring.\nDiversity, Equity & Inclusion\nTo achieve the best version of our organization, we know it takes new ideas, new approaches, new perspectives and new ways of thinking.
