Learn more at www.syndigo.com.\n**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**\nThe Demand Generation Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting on integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. This role supports multi-channel demand generation initiatives including digital marketing, webinars, social media, email marketing, events, and paid programs. A key focus of this position is developing and executing webinar strategies and managing social media channels to increase audience engagement, generate qualified leads, and strengthen brand visibility. \nHOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY\nDevelop, coordinate, and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that support pipeline and revenue objectives. \nPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to launch campaigns across multiple marketing channels. \nLead webinar strategy, planning, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up to drive audience engagement and lead generation. \nManage webinar logistics, speaker coordination, registration campaigns, audience communications, and performance reporting. \nOwn day-to-day social media channel management and employee social media engagement strategies, including content scheduling, publishing, and performance optimization. \nCollaborate with content, creative, product marketing, and sales teams to develop campaign assets and messaging. \nExecute email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and audience segmentation initiatives. \nLeverage digital marketing programs including paid media, content syndication, SEO, and website promotions. \nMonitor campaign performance and provide reporting on key metrics, lead generation, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI. \nMaintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and project timelines to ensure on-time execution. \nIdentify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through testing, optimization, and marketing best practices. \nWE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU \n4+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, campaign management, or B2B marketing. \nExperience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, particularly email, webinars, and social media. \nStrong webinar program management experience, including strategy development, platform administration, promotion, and reporting. \nExperience managing corporate social media channels, content calendars, and engagement strategies. \nFamiliarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce. \nWorking knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing, lead management, and marketing funnel best practices. \nStrong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with experience leveraging project management tools like Asana or Wrike. \nAbility to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations. \nExperience collaborating across marketing, sales, product management, executives and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. \nB2B SaaS technology and ecommerce experience preferred. \nFor full-time U.S. based-employees, we offer competitive health insurance benefits, PTO and volunteer time off, employer-paid short- and long-term disability, parental and adoption leave, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.\nYour individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
