Our challenge

The AI Enablement Consultant will help Corporate Platforms identify, implement and sustain practical uses of AI across business-as-usual (BAU), operational support and administrative activities. The consultant will enable teams in the US and UK to use Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio effectively; build a small portfolio of reusable agents, skills and prompts; and establish the governance, documentation and ownership needed for long-term adoption.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $135k - $150k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Discovery and opportunity assessment
  • Work with Corporate Platforms colleagues in the US and UK to map BAU, operational and administrative activities.
  • Identify opportunities where AI and automation can save time or improve quality.
  • Recognise existing team capabilities that could be enhanced through better access to tools or practical application.
  • Prioritise opportunities by business value, effort, risk and readiness.
  • Produce and maintain an agreed backlog of AI use cases, recommended tools and proposed owners.
  • Enablement and training
  • Design and deliver an engaging programme of brown bag sessions, workshops and follow-up clinics.
  • Build practical capability in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio using relevant Corporate Platforms scenarios.
  • Schedule sessions across US Eastern and UK time zones and record them for future reference.
  • Tailor content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Establish champions and practical guidance to encourage day-to-day adoption.
  • Agent and skill development
  • Design, build and publish agents and skills using Copilot Studio and Copilot Cowork.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services, including:
  • Teams
  • SharePoint
  • OneDrive
  • Outlook
  • Power Automate
  • Build solutions collaboratively, coaching team members to develop and extend them rather than creating solutions in isolation.
  • Develop a curated library of reusable prompts for common Corporate Platforms activities.
  • Track adoption, usage and business outcomes.
  • Gather user feedback and refine the enablement approach throughout the engagement.
  • Promote repeatable AI-enabled ways of working across the team.

  • Ensure all solutions comply with WTW AI governance, licensing and approval requirements.
  • Obtain appropriate license-owner approval for Copilot capabilities.
  • Apply responsible AI, data protection and information-handling principles to all solutions.
  • Account for UK and EU data residency requirements. Anthropic models in Copilot and Copilot Cowork are restricted for UK and EU colleagues because they may process data in the US; their use is opt-in and must take account of client, contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Document governance checkpoints, risks, controls and approval decisions.
  • Document agents, skills, prompts, build standards and operating procedures.
  • Define named owners and support arrangements for every solution.
  • Create practical playbooks and how-to guides that enable the team to operate and extend solutions independently.
  • Complete a structured handover before the engagement ends.
  • Prioritised AI opportunity assessment and use-case backlog, including value, effort, recommended tools and owners.
  • Training plan, brown bag materials, recordings and supporting guidance.
  • Working agents and skills built with Copilot Studio and Copilot Cowork.
  • Curated prompt library for common Corporate Platforms tasks.
  • Playbook covering build standards, governance, support and ownership arrangements.
  • Final report covering adoption metrics, outcomes, lessons learned and recommendations for next steps.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio, including designing, building and publishing agents.
  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Power Automate.
  • Proven experience delivering productivity improvements through AI and automation in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience designing and delivering effective training for technical and non-technical audiences, both virtually and in person.
  • Sound understanding of:
  • Data protection and responsible AI.
  • UK and EU data residency considerations.
  • Enterprise licensing, approval and governance controls.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across US and UK teams and time zones.
  • Strong coaching, collaboration and knowledge-transfer skills.
  • Ability to translate business problems into practical, maintainable AI solutions.
  • Microsoft certifications in Copilot, AI or Power Platform.
  • Experience with SharePoint-based intranets or corporate internet platforms.
  • Delivery of enterprise AI enablement or adoption programmes.
  • Experience working in a regulated or highly governed environment.
  • A prioritised opportunity backlog is agreed with leadership within two weeks of starting.
  • The brown bag programme is delivered, with attendance and feedback captured across Corporate Platforms.
  • Agents and skills are actively used by the team, with a named owner and documented support arrangements for each.
  • Measurable time savings are achieved across targeted BAU, operational and administrative tasks.
  • All solutions are approved within WTW’s AI governance, with no unresolved data-handling or residency exceptions.
  • The team can independently build, maintain and extend agents following handover.

We offer:

  • A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • A multinational organization with 58 offices in 22 countries and the possibility to work abroad.
  • 10 days of paid annual leave (plus sick leave and national holidays).
