Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies. The role will focus on developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications that are scalable, secure, maintainable, and responsive.

The successful candidate will build backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and front-end components while contributing to performance optimization, database integration, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and production support. The role will support business objectives by delivering reliable technology solutions in an Agile environment.

Software Requirements

Required

• Node.js: 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining backend services and applications.
• Spring Boot: 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications and microservices.
• Java: 5+ years of professional development experience.
• JavaScript/TypeScript: 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack or web application development.
• REST APIs: Experience building, consuming, integrating, documenting, and supporting RESTful APIs.
• Microservices: Experience designing and developing service-based applications.
• Distributed systems: Strong understanding of distributed application concepts and service communication.
• SQL/NoSQL databases: Experience with data storage, retrieval, integration, and data integrity.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Node.js and Spring Boot services, REST APIs, microservices, front-end components, and database integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams through Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, code reviews, testing sessions, and delivery planning.
• Deliver application features, automated tests, CI/CD changes, deployment updates, performance improvements, defect fixes, and technical documentation.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, make implementation decisions within established standards, and escalate risks affecting security, quality, performance, or timelines.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant education and professional experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated experience with performance tuning, debugging, monitoring, CI/CD, Git, DevOps practices, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Certifications in Java, Node.js, cloud technologies, Kubernetes, DevOps, or Agile delivery are preferred but not mandatory.
• Maintain continuous professional development in full-stack engineering, Node.js, Spring Boot, cloud technologies, distributed systems, security, DevOps, and modern web development.
