Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Murex Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience to provide technology leadership, solution architecture guidance, and strategic direction for Murex-related technology initiatives. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into technology solutions, guiding cross-functional teams, supporting successful project delivery, and ensuring that technology roadmaps align with overall business strategy. The position contributes to business objectives by improving technology efficiency, supporting informed technology adoption, and delivering scalable, maintainable, and effective solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant education and experience may be considered.
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development for the role.
Certifications in solution architecture, Agile development, project management, cloud computing, or related technology areas are preferred where relevant.
Complete role-relevant training in Murex, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, databases, Agile delivery, security, and technology governance as applicable.
