The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payment ecosystems, money movement processes, and Agile product delivery. This role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Architecture, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver enterprise-scale payment solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining product requirements, managing product backlogs, and ensuring the successful delivery of Open Banking and Payments capabilities aligned with business objectives.\nAdditional Information*\nThe base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA is $98k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).\nThe Role\nResponsibilities:\nAct as the Product Owner for Open Banking and Payments initiatives, owning product backlog management and delivery execution.\nCollaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable user stories and product requirements.\nDefine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and program timelines.\nWork closely with Architecture and Engineering teams to deliver scalable and compliant payment solutions.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nGather and analyze business requirements, creating detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.\nCoordinate across business, operations, compliance, risk, and technology teams to drive successful product releases.\nSupport implementation and enhancement of Open Banking capabilities, Payment Hub initiatives, and money movement solutions.\nTrack progress, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.\nDrive continuous improvement in product delivery processes and customer experience.\nRequirements:\n1. Debit Payments Product Manager \nObjective: Support the implementation of debit card payment capabilities within the Payment Hub, including insourcing select card repayment functions .\nKey Requirements:\nStrong debit/card payments domain expertise.\nExperience standing up and leading new programs.\nStrong stakeholder coordination and execution skills.\n2. Open Banking Product Manager \nObjective: Lead enterprise Open Banking initiative for implementation and rollout.\nKey Requirements:\nDeep Open Banking experience and industry knowledge.\nStrong program leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.\nExperience coordinating enterprise-wide initiatives involving business, architecture, engineering, and operations teams.\nAbility to define strategy, establish governance, and drive execution toward a 2027 completion target.\nAbility to drive consensus and influence enterprise-wide change.\n3.
