In this role, you will serve as the central coordination point between clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leadership, ensuring the successful execution of innovative AI solutions from concept through deployment and operationalization. \n\nYou will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven solutions and measurable business outcomes while fostering strong client partnerships and high-performing teams. \n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\nLead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams in executing AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, Automation, and technology transformation projects. \n\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, managing expectations and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. \n\nCollaborate with clients, project teams, architects, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and success metrics. \n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, governance artifacts, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and executive-level communications. \n\nDrive successful execution of projects by aligning business objectives, technical requirements, and delivery priorities. \n\nSupport AI lifecycle activities including discovery, data readiness, model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and operationalization. \n\nFacilitate architectural discussions and roadmap planning with technical leads, AI specialists, and clients. \n\nDrive adoption of delivery best practices, including Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and continuous improvement methodologies. \n\nTrack and manage project health, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and business outcomes. \n\nEnsure AI initiatives comply with governance, Responsible AI, privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. \n\nCoordinate collaboration across business, technology, data, architecture, vendor, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes. \n\nProactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure seamless project execution. \n\nFacilitate smooth transition of AI solutions into production and business-as-usual operations. \n\nMonitor and report on business benefits, including productivity improvements, efficiency gains, cost optimization, user adoption, and value realization. \n\nCoach teams on delivery excellence, stakeholder communication, and successful project execution. \n\nYour Profile \n\nMust Have Requirements \n\n5+ years of experience in Project Management, Technology Delivery, Digital Transformation, AI, Data, Analytics, Automation, or related initiatives. \n\nProven experience managing complex technology projects from initiation through delivery and operational transition. \n\nStrong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and AI solution delivery lifecycles. \n\nExperience leading multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology functions. \n\nExperience working directly with clients in consulting, outsourcing, or enterprise delivery environments. \n\nStrong client-facing, consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. \n\nExperience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. \n\nSolid understanding of project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery oversight. \n\nAbility to translate business requirements into structured delivery plans and measurable outcomes. \n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. \n\nProven problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments. \n\nUnderstanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements for enterprise AI solutions. \n\nExperience working with enterprise-scale technology platforms and system integrations. \n\nHigh-level understanding of modern technology environments, including:\n\nCloud platforms (AWS, Azure) \n\nEnterprise AI and machine learning platforms \n\nMicroservices and distributed architectures \n\nCI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices \n\nContainerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes \n\nData platforms, analytics, and real-time processing solutions \n\nNice to Have \n\nHands-on experience delivering enterprise AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, or automation programs in production environments. \n\nExperience within banking, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries. \n\nHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools. \n\nAI, Generative AI, or PMI-CPMAI certifications. \n\nExperience supporting governance, architecture, security, and compliance reviews for
