The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and modern JavaScript frameworks, along with experience in leading development teams and building rich dashboard-based UI applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop responsive and interactive UI components using React.js and state management tools such as Redux or Context API.\nDesign, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.\nDesign, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases to ensure scalability and performance.\nBuild and enhance rich, data-driven dashboard interfaces with excellent user experience.\nOptimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, security, and reliability.\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.\nLead and mentor development teams, driving engineering best practices and coding standards.\nImplement automated testing and ensure high code quality through unit and integration testing.\nWork with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments for streamlined deployments.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n10+ years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN Stack.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, HTML5, and CSS3.\nExperience with Redux or Context API for state management.\nStrong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.\nExpertise in building rich and highly interactive dashboard applications.\nExperience with Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.\nExperience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.\nProven experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExposure to serverless architectures and cloud-native development.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nS YNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT\nDiversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
