Because we know that when we bring together smart colleagues from across the world, we can shape the future of healthcare, driving impact for customers and defining the pace of patient progress.\nJob Responsibilities\n8+ years of relevant clinical/SAS/Statistical programming experience.\n\nPrefer to have SME level review capabilities at an experienced Senior level profile\n\n1)Develop and validate SDTM/ADaM datasets and TLFs.\n2)Prepare specifications and generate Define.XML, ADRG, SDRG.\n3)Support safety and efficacy analyses.\n4)Contribute to e-submissions and ensure CDISC compliance.\n5)Collaborate with cross-functional teams across studies, leading clinical study trials.\n6)Therapeutic Areas: Oncology, Neurology, or any TA\n\nProven track record of leading multiple clinical trials and demonstrating proactive project management skills, lead experience of min 1+ year.\n\nExcellent understanding of the clinical domain, CDISC standards, and experience across various(supported) therapeutic areas.\n\nStrong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, in a dynamic environment.\n\nClinical Phases: Phase-I,II,III, IV, except for dedicated Phase I exposure.\n\nTA: Oncology, Neurology, Or any TA\n\nGet to know Syneos Health\nOver the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000+ Trial patients.\nNo matter what your role is, you’ll take the initiative and challenge the status quo with us in a highly competitive and ever-changing environment.
