As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will combine technical expertise with storytelling and consultative selling to demonstrate the transformative power of Synera's platform. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success, design compelling technical demonstrations, and act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering teams and decision makers. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, technology, and customer impact.
Missions
- Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de réussite client pour comprendre les défis des clients et concevoir des démonstrations techniques convaincantes.

Profil recherché
- You have several years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS- You resonate with Synera's Core Values - they're central to how we work, and we'll explore them together in your first interview
- You have experience with CAD / CAE systems and can build or manipulate models
- You are comfortable working with technically complex products
- You enjoy evangelizing technology and getting customers excited about new possibilities
- You enjoy meeting customers and colleagues in person and are comfortable traveling regularly (around 30-40%)
- You are curious and process-oriented, always looking for ways to improve how things work
- You are an excellent communicator and storyteller who can simplify complex technical concepts
- You understand mechanical parts and manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, casting, molding, milling, or deep drawing
