We're building BaseModel (website link) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, that is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate AI's potential for the business. \n \nHaving such great solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Product Team.\nWe hire for one thing above all: the ability to take a product, make the decisions, ship it, and show what moved. Not \"responsible for an area\". Accountable for a result you can explain.\n\nHow we work\nYou talk to clients and users directly. No layer between you and the people who use what you build.\n\nYou sit with engineering, not above it. Specs are written to be executed - by engineers and, increasingly, by AI agents.\n\nAI is part of how we work. We use agents, skills and MCP every day, in our own work and in what we ship.\n\nDecisions are documented. A one-page decision record beats a 30-slide deck.\n\nProducts ship on the platform used by large enterprise clients. Your work is in production and measured within weeks, not quarters.\n\nWhat will you do on a daily basis? \nYou will own one of our key product areas or cross-functional features on the platform. We decide which one with you, once you know the platform.\n\nYou start with an onboarding across the product, not inside a single corner of it. You work with the PMs who own the areas today, join releases, client requests and planning, and take responsibility for real pieces of operational work from the first weeks. That is how you learn the platform from the inside - and how we learn where you are strongest.\n\nThen you take your area. The scope you start with matches your experience; it grows as you prove it.\n\nYou report to the Head of Product and work directly with engineering leads, designers, data scientists and the teams that implement Synerise at clients.\n\nWhat will make us a perfect match? \n3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, delivering measurable business impact from concept to launch.\n\nA product you can describe end to end. Something you were accountable for: what it was before, what you decided, what shipped, what moved, what you got wrong. A capability, a feature, a side project with real users or a process you owned all count - depth matters, scale does not.\n\nFluent in the agentic stack. You know how today's AI agents are built and extended (skills, MCP servers, connectors to tools and data) and you use them in your own work every day. You keep up as this stack changes and can tell what is worth adopting.\n\nTechnical fluency. You read an API doc, a data model and a query without help, and you prototype with current AI tools.\n\nDecisions backed by data. You define a metric, pull the number and change course because of it.\n\nProduct judgment over process. You know what to cut and can say why.\n\nClear communication in Polish and English (at least C1), with engineers and with clients.\n\nWhat will convince us even more? \nExperience with Synerise or similar platforms: behavioral data, personalization, customer data or marketing automation.\n\nA background in e-commerce, retail, banking or telco.\n\nHands-on experience with AI products - building them or shipping on top of them.\n\nProduct management experience in B2B software.
