solutions.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Django.\nDevelop and optimize asynchronous processing workflows using Celery and RabbitMQ.\nDesign and implement distributed systems that are reliable, fault-tolerant, and scalable.\nBuild and maintain integrations with object storage platforms such as MinIO and other storage services.\nDesign efficient database schemas and optimize queries for MySQL databases.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across application, messaging, database, and infrastructure layers.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.\nConduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and system reliability.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for applications, services, and deployment processes.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 4 years of professional backend development experience.\nProven experience developing and maintaining production-grade applications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.\n\nBackend Development: \nStrong proficiency in Python with 4+ years of professional development experience.\nExtensive experience with Django and Django REST Framework.\nStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.\nExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs.\n\nDistributed Systems and Messaging: \nHands-on experience with Celery for asynchronous task processing.\nStrong experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms.\nUnderstanding distributed system concepts, including reliability, scalability, concurrency, and fault tolerance.\n\nDatabases and Storage: \nStrong experience with MySQL database design, optimization, indexing, and query performance tuning.\nExperience working with Object Storage systems such as MinIO, Amazon S3 or compatible platforms.\nUnderstanding data integrity, backup, and recovery strategies.\n\nLinux and Infrastructure: \nStrong working knowledge of Ubuntu Linux environments.\nFamiliarity with application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in Linux environments.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with Redis for caching, session management, and task queue optimization.\nKnowledge of Docker containerization.\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.\nExperience with Git and collaborative development workflows.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.\nExposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar platforms.\nBasic understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nSkills\nCelery, DRF, Django, Python,
