In this role, you will execute routine sample analysis, method validation, and laboratory activities in compliance with GxP requirements, SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines, while ensuring the generation of high-quality and reliable data.\nAs a study-specific analyst, you will operate and maintain laboratory equipment, prepare and review study documentation, manage laboratory consumables and LIMS records, and support assay troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also contribute to SOP authoring and review, maintain accurate task and time records, support the training of new staff, and ensure adherence to quality, health and safety, and regulatory requirements at all times.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform bioanalytical methods in line with GLP, GCP, GMP, and SOPs.\nPerform routine analyses and document all work according to GxP and SOP standards.\nOperate and maintain laboratory instruments & environment as per SOPs.\nPrepare project-related documentation, including lab manuals and reports.\nWrite and review SOPs and support method documentation.\nManage consumables, monitor stock levels, and maintain LIMS records.\nEnsure compliance with health & safety guidelines and regulatory standards.\nAct as Study specific analyst on assigned projects.\nTrain new personnel within area of responsibility when needed.\nRecord tasks and time accurately in time logging application.\nObserve appropriate regulatory guidelines, SOPs, policies and study documentation.\nWorking in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) by authoring, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs, guidance documents, and policies, as well as providing training and support to staff. \nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\nMaster’s degree (MSc) in a scientific field, or 2-3 years of equivalent industry experience. \nSkilled in analytical techniques and routine lab practices, including pipette handling, protocol adherence, and use of basic lab equipment (centrifuges, biosafety cabinets, plate washers, incubators etc.). \nFamiliarity with advanced analytical instruments (e.g., LC/MS, microplate readers, flow cytometers, electrochemiluminescence analysers). \nProficient in written and spoken English, with strong teamwork and negotiation
