The role entails multiple tasks under the Direct Procurement business on the SAP Procurement platform.\nThe selected candidate will be based out of the Syngenta office in Pune with no travel requirements.\nResponsibilities:\nSupporting global stakeholders on various Direct procurement activities related to Outline agreements, Price-blocked Invoices, PO Amendments, Material master data, and Vendor master data.\nPlacing and managing outline agreements in the SAP. Supporting the change request for OLA using the FIORI tool.\nThorough review of price-blocked invoices and buying the approvals from Managers to get this released on time.\nPerform the workflow task to create and extend the materials to the respective plant within the stipulated time.\nSupport vendor creation/change requests by verifying all the supporting documents per the guidelines and raising the requests in the MDG tool.\nReview, track, and ensure the SNOW tickets will be addressed promptly.\nPerform the daily activities including the different reports and support on ad hoc tasks.\nAchieve the agreed monthly KPIs for the Direct procurement process.\nStrong ability to collaborate with other functions like the I2P team, Vendor master team, Regional Procurement managers, Material master team, etc.\nExperience\n1-3 years of experience in SAP or equivalent system.\n1-3 years of experience in business process support in a captive shared services center for an MNC highly preferred.\nHands-on experience in tools like SAP, FIORI, and SNOW.\nSAP MDG skill will be the added benefit.\nShould have rich knowledge of Source to Pay\nUnderstanding of transactional procurement and accounting processes.\nBeing part of a high-performing team.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyze, organize, and present data.\nIntellectual curiosity and professional commitment to excellence\nAbility to communicate effectively and clearly -
