Our Flower Seeds Operations team plays a vital role in ensuring customers receive the right products, information and support-on time and with care. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Enkhuizen. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers, Sales, Supply Planning and operational teams, managing orders end-to-end and helping deliver an excellent customer experience.\nThe challenge\nManage customer orders accurately and on time, from entry and confirmation through to delivery, billing and follow-up.\nBe the first point of contact for customers and Sales colleagues, responding promptly to questions, order changes and special requests.\nMonitor order availability, shortages and unconfirmed order lines, working closely with Supply Planning and Sales to find the best solutions.\nProactively communicate order status, delivery changes and potential sales opportunities to customers and internal stakeholders.\nProcess administrative activities in PAT / ABS, including order entry, credit notes, pre-payments and customer master data.\nPrepare logistics, delivery, invoice and sales reports, including KPI analyses and ad-hoc queries.\nHandle sample requests, customer claims and non-conformities in line with agreed processes.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strong customer-service standards across the team.\n Your profile\nAt least one year of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, sales support or office administration.\nExcellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.\nExperience with PAT / ABS or comparable ERP systems is preferred.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nA structured, analytical and process-oriented way of working, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nA calm, solutions-focused approach when working under pressure or with demanding customer situations.\nA collaborative mindset and confidence in working across different teams and cultures.\n What We Offer\nA gross monthly salary between €3.540,- and €4.630,- based on a 38-hour working week (ORBA G salary scale, conform CLA\nThe opportunity to receive an annual bonus and profit-sharing - we celebrate success together! \nFlexible working options where possible to support a healthy work-life balance\nGrow and thrive - unlimited access to Learning Edge, our online learning platform, where you can continuously develop yourself through various training programs and courses. \nAccess to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), offering free advice, coaching, and support in areas such as career development, emotional support, and legal or financial advice. \n25 vacation days + 1 vitality day to recharge.
