deliver analytical projects at global, regional and country level.\nDevelop, maintain and continuously improve KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks for laboratory performance monitoring and management decision-making.\nAnalyse quality-testing and project data, translating findings into practical, decision-enabling insights.\nDevelop predictive models that support test reduction and earlier operational decisions.\nSupport seasonal and short-term test-volume planning across laboratory, regional and global operations.\nEnsure global analytical outputs align with relevant company standards.\nDrive continuous improvement in analytical tools, methodologies and data-governance practices across the global seed-testing network.\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or a related discipline.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nStrong working knowledge of Power BI and SQL; Python or R skills are an advantage.\nUnderstanding of basic statistical analysis and experience working with complex, multi-source datasets.\nAbility to turn data into clear, actionable business recommendations and communicate analytical outcomes to non-technical audiences.\nStrong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nFamiliarity with project-management principles and tools, such as Agile, PMI or equivalent.\nAble to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nComfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.\n
