It involves the knowledge and application of company procedures relating to safety and quality, as well as the execution of one's duties respecting expected times and resources.\nAccountabilities:\nOperate multiple formulating equipment in accordance with established operator standard work, ensuring adherence to prescribed formulation batch cycle times.\nSetting up and running of multiple semi and automatic filling lines including loading materials operating a wide range of machinery, product clean downs, equipment size changeovers, downtime recording.\nWork within site policies & procedures while performing proceduralized operations safely and efficiently.\nTroubleshoot equipment with assistance and solve problems; provide feedback and corrective actions when processes during the shift do not meet cycle time.\nOperate forklift and perform hand additions to formulation vessels.\nMaintain and improve safety, environmental and housekeeping standards.\nInterpretation of planning documentation, carrying out and recording quality checks.\nOperate various information systems associated with F&P technology.\nCarry out basic maintenance activities on the filling lines and associated plant\n Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.\nTechnical background is preferred.\nPrior production, packaging or quality control experience desired\nDemonstrates keen attention to detail in all tasks.\nEmbraces continuous learning and quickly applies new knowledge.\nWorks effectively in teams to achieve common goals.\nManages time efficiently to meet production deadlines.\nPrioritizes safety and maintains high quality standards in all operations.\nThe role requires a propensity for production activities, with particular dedication to compliance with safety and quality regulations.\nAbility to analyze deviations from the standard is required to be reported to the shift manager.
