ソリューションにも応用して、1年を通じて豊かな生活が楽しめる環境をつくり出しています。\n日本の農業の可能性を高め、食と暮らしを豊かにするため、シンジェンタは経験、知識、技術、製品を通じて価値あるソリューションを提供することを約束します。\n職務:\n製剤開発グループのリーダーとして、グループが実施する製剤開発、処方変更などのライフサイクルマネジメント、委託製造に関するサポートの進捗管理をおこなう。\n管理職として化学研究部および中央研究所のHSE（健康・安全・環境）関連活動をリードし、HSEの維持・改善に貢献する。\n部下となる所員の目標達成および成長について責任を持ち、適切な目標の設定、進捗の確認・サポートおよび成果の評価をおこなう。\n部の予算の進捗管理を適正に実施する。また設備投資計画を立案し、計画に沿った年次の設備投資を関係者の承認の上で遅滞なく実施する。\n責務:\nスケジュールに合致する製剤関連業務を実施し、進捗を管理する。\n製剤開発の各開発段階で必要な対応をおこない、製剤の登録および商品化に貢献する。\n部署間における協力や調整および関係部署への必要な報告をおこなう。\n部内会議等をリードし、またクロスファンクションの開発活動において担当者とともに貢献をおこなう。\n中央研究所のHSE（健康・安全・環境）の年間計画および年間目標の達成に貢献する。\n定期的にチームメンバーと面談をおこない、メンバーの年間目標の達成および能力開発にコミットする。\n Critical knowledge/重要な知識:\n一般的な化学の知識および製剤組成や特性に関する知識（必須）\n化学工業における一般的な法規に関する知識（安衛法、毒劇法、消防法など）（必須）\nCritical Experience/重要な経験\n5年以上の製剤開発の実務経験（製剤の試作や評価の経験）（必須）\n部門・組織の方向性を示したリーダーシップの経験（必須）\n予算やチーム内リソースを管理した経験（必須）\n部下の目標設定、評価、育成を主導した経験（必須）\nCritical Technical, Professional and personal capabilities/重要な技術、専門、能力:\n会社および研究開発部門の戦略を理解し、チーム内において方向性および活動を示す能力。\n開発製剤について海外製剤関係者に説明をおこなえる英語能力（必須）\n製剤の品質良否・リスクの判断をおこなえる能力（必須）\n変化をリードする姿勢および変革に適応する能力（必須）\nCritical success factors and key challenges/ 重要な成功要因と主要課題\n新規剤および処方変更等におけるスケジュールを順守し、求められる品質を達成する。\n他部署との良好な協業とコミュニケーション。\n開発剤における品質やプロセスにおけるリスクを特定し、事前に対策を準備する。\n海外の製剤関連ステークホルダーと良好な関係を維持・構築する。\nEDUCATION /
