This position handles more complex tasks and customer interactions, actively contributes to onboarding and implementation, and serves as a primary point of contact for standard accounts.-\nSome of What You'll Do\nScope of the Role:\nDirect Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.\nLearn and utilize Syniverse’s engagement and messaging platforms.\nReport customer metrics to internal and external audiences.\nEstablish trusted advisor relationships with clients and identify areas for value and growth.\nConduct regular customer meetings and reviews.\nSupport implementation teams with escalations.\nManage special customer requests from initiation to billing.\nResolve onboarding issues, documenting outcomes for knowledge sharing.\nDevelop use cases and contribute to marketing presentations.\nMaintain complete and up-to-date customer documentation, including CRM (Salesforce.com).\nMonitor and report customer success KPIs.\nIdentify and communicate best practices for improving customer service.\nAssist in business reviews and operational presentations.\nCollaborate with accounting for collections.\nProactively suggest measures for enhancing service delivery.\nExperience, Education, and Certifications:\nBS/BA degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.\nMinimum 3 years in customer success, account management, or a related field.\nExperience with CRM systems and customer onboarding.\nAdditional Requirements:\nStrong interpersonal, team, and communication skills.\nAnalytical and advanced problem-solving capabilities.\nEffective business writing and presentation skills.\nAbility to develop working relationships quickly.\nProactive in addressing client needs.\n-\nWhy You Should Join Us\nJoin us as we write a new chapter, guided by world-class leadership.
