This role will address day-to-day customer issues, application issues, problems and concerns that are detailed and complex in nature, requiring analysis and research. This position will install, configure, operate and evolve common infrastructure such as the network, servers, and external services (e.g. the cloud).-\nSome of What You'll Do\nMonitor messaging application performance and availability, responding to incidents and alerts.\nProvide technical support for multiple messaging platforms.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, working with development and infrastructure teams as needed.\nDeploy updates, patches, and configuration changes to messaging systems.\nMaintain documentation for operational procedures and troubleshooting guides.\nParticipate in on-call rotation and incident response.\nIncident management, Change Management, Root Cause Analysis, Service request, Jira tracking etc\nAssist in capacity planning, scalability, and system optimization.\nEnsure compliance with security and data privacy standards.\nAttend and provide the solutions for Level3 Customer tickets.\nReview and analyze support tickets; maintain ownership of issues until resolution.\nAnalyze metrics to identify trends SLA, deviations, and root causes.\nExecute action plans based on customer feedback.\nContinuously monitor production servers for system health, resource utilization, and log activity.\nMonitor application health, including file processing, data loading, scheduled tasks, reports, dashboards, and logs.\nBenchmark and research production performance issues, initiating corrective actions as needed.\nPerform error research based on production logs and prioritize issues accordingly.\nConduct User Acceptance Tests in production and research relevant errors.\nWork with Product and Development for releases and enhancements.\nExperience, Required Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunication, or equivalent work experience.\n5+ years of professional experience in application support, Production support, technical customer support, problem management, relational databases, programming, Cloud engineer, Application Operations etc.\nExperience operating messaging platforms or related applications.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nUnderstanding of networking, databases, and application servers.\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools and ITSM ticketing systems.\nScripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Shell) is a plus.\nEffective communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nCertifications Preferred: RHEL, AWS, Kubernetic, Cloud Operations and databases.\nTelecom, Messaging, SMPP, SS7, A2P, P2P, SIP, REST, SOAP, Message Trust etc\nApplication Flow Design and Analysis\nNetwork Tools (TCPDUMP, NETSTAT, DNS Troubleshooting) \n-\nWhy You Should Join Us\nJoin us as we write a new chapter, guided by world-class leadership.
