And how we’re able to provide our incredible talent with an innovative culture and great benefits.\nWho We're Looking For\nThe Domestic Tax Manager will work within a talented team of tax professionals both in the U.S. and abroad to satisfy tax reporting requirements, defend historical tax positions, capitalize on tax planning opportunities globally, and partner with our internal and external stakeholders as trusted advisors. Ideal candidate will relish the fulsome exposure to the myriad interactions of global taxation, both internal and external to the Tax Department, as well as the freedom to create strategies and processes to tackle them.-\nSome of What You'll Do\nTax compliance & Tax accounting\nPartner with outsourced providers to prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax filings, estimated tax payments, and notice responses\nDrive preparation and documentation of the Company’s worldwide quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740\nManage federal, state and local income tax audits\nMonitor and research federal, state, and local income tax legislative changes to ensure compliance with rapidly changing taxation and capitalize on opportunities\nResearch and draft tax policy memos documenting tax issues and positions\nSupport M&A activity, as needed, including tax due diligence and post-close integration\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance tax process efficiency and effectiveness, including tax automation and data analysis initiatives\nEngage and collaborate with external advisors where appropriate\nLeadership\nEnsure the company culture and values are part of the way your team works\nProvide timely feedback to the team members to ensure successful goal attainment\nProvide guidance to the team to set and follow up on objectives that are aligned with company and CFO annual objectives\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance; Master’s in taxation and/or CPA preferred\n5+ years of tax/accounting experience with a public accounting firm and/or a tax department of a multi-state corporation\nPossess an attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills with ability to drive tasks to completion autonomously\nStrong forensic accounting skills, including ability to collect, prepare and analyze data and information to reconstruct, detect, support or refute a position and ensure that explanation provided reconciles with the underlying data\nExceptional written, presentation and communication skills including the ability to translate technical tax issues clearly and succinctly to individuals without technical tax backgrounds\nProficient in Excel\nExperience with OneSource Tax Provision, data analytical software, and/or SAP a plus\n-\nWhy You Should Join Us\nJoin us as we write a new chapter, guided by world-class leadership.
