  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung interner und externer Reklamationen
  • Klärung fehlerhafter Aufträge sowie Bearbeitung von Fremdbefunden
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen aus den Fachbereichen
  • Unterstützung des Teams im Bereich Präanalytik
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinischer Fachangestellter (MFA), Technischer Assistent (MTA), Zahnmedizinischer Fachangestellter (ZFA), Arzthelfer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im medizinischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit medizinischen Befunden
  • Hohe Service- und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Belastbarkeit sowie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten
  • Teamgeist, Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft
