Diseñar e implementar Reusable Workflows y Composite Actions. Estandarizar pipelines y promover buenas prácticas de CI/CD entre los equipos de desarrollo. Administrar y gestionar componentes de GitHub Enterprise Cloud, incluyendo repositorios, permisos, políticas y configuraciones. Implementar y gestionar capacidades de GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS). Automatizar procesos de build, testing, análisis de seguridad y despliegue. Implementar y mantener despliegues automatizados sobre: Azure API Management (APIM) Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Azure Static Web Apps (SWA) Implementar buenas prácticas de DevSecOps dentro del ciclo CI/CD. Gestionar secretos, variables y configuraciones requeridas por los pipelines. Identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejora continua. Brindar soporte técnico y acompañamiento a los equipos de desarrollo en la adopción de estándares DevOps. Documentar estándares, pipelines y componentes reutilizables.\n\nRequisitos Bachiller o titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Informática o carreras afines. 5 años de experiencia o más en posiciones DevOps, Cloud o similares. Experiencia avanzada en GitHub Enterprise Cloud. Dominio de GitHub Actions. Experiencia con GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS). Experiencia comprobada en diseño e implementación de Reusable Workflows y Composite Actions. Experiencia en diseño, implementación y estandarización de pipelines CI/CD. Experiencia en despliegues sobre APIM, AKS y Azure Static Web Apps (SWA). Experiencia trabajando con Azure Cloud. Conocimientos de Docker y Kubernetes. Conocimientos de scripting con Bash y/o PowerShell. Conocimiento de buenas prácticas DevOps y DevSecOps.\n\nDeseables Terraform y/o Bicep. Azure Key Vault. SonarQube / SonarCloud. Herramientas SAST/SCA. Estrategias de branching, Pull Requests y protección de ramas. Experiencia implementando estándares DevOps para múltiples equipos o proyectos.\n\nCompetencias Autonomía técnica. Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas. Orientación a automatización y mejora continua. Capacidad para establecer y promover estándares. Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos.
