You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to supporting customers throughout the sales lifecycle.We are open to candidates from either France or Spain.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nWork independently within multi-disciplinary teams to significantly grow our business for a full portfolio of simulation products, particularly within the Aerospace and Defence sector.\nDemonstrate profound technical mastery and knowledge of engineering simulation techniques, specifically within aerospace domains, to provide the highest level of technical support to customers, ensuring high-quality and timely service.\nRegularly interact with aerospace customers to understand their solution needs, key business initiatives, and engineering design workflows, addressing their requirements for solutions during design and engineering stages.\nLead complex customer engagements throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle, interacting with key customers to understand their technology needs, key business initiatives, engineering design workflows, and articulate our value proposition to Director or C-level audiences.\nGather and document relevant metrics to demonstrate the impact of technical engagements and proposed solutions.\nGather customer requirements to support the continuous improvement of our software and collaborate with product development teams to translate customer requirements into new product capabilities, guiding the product roadmap. \nParticipate in internal corporate initiatives to share knowledge and to create best practices, both within and outside the Aerospace discipline.\nMentor junior application engineers, fostering their technical growth and customer-facing skills.\nSupport field and digital marketing efforts, including authoring conference presentations, technical papers, and webinars relevant to aerospace applications.\nActively collaborate with other team members as well as other functions including sales, marketing, and product management/development within and outside of the region to drive customer success.\nThe Impact You Will Have:\nAccelerate the adoption of Digital Mission Engineering software within Spain/France and EMEA’s defence sector, enabling innovative solutions and mission success.\nEnhance customer satisfaction and retention through expert guidance and hands-on support.\nDrive technical excellence and thought leadership in model-based engineering across aerospace and defence domains.\nContribute to the growth of Synopsys' market share in mission engineering applications.\nInfluence product development with real-world feedback, ensuring solutions meet industry demands.\nMentor and inspire colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Aerospace/ Astronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.\nRequired years of professional experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience.\nFluent in writing and speaking both Spanish/Frenchand English.\nPrior experience in modelling and simulation of complex aerospace systems (space launch vehicles, satellites, aircraft, defence systems, etc).\nDemonstrated understanding of aerospace engineering practices, product development lifecycles, experience with building solutions using simulation technology, and deploying those solutions within customers’ engineering workflows.\nCompetency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and familiarity with the following programming languages: Python, MATLAB, C#, Java.\nFamiliarity with Communications, Radars, & Sensors Systems (RF propagation, link analysis, jamming/interference, detection and tracking).\nKnowledge of Multiphysics tools (e.g. structural, fluid dynamics, electromagnetics, thermal, etc).\nTrack record of delivering exceptional customer outcomes and contributing to revenue impact with A&D industry.\nAbility to organize and drive multiple complex projects across geographically diverse locations.
